1. How do we get assigned a tutor?
Upon contacting us, Patrick will reach out to schedule a short call to get everything set up. Patrick will ask you the appropriate questions to choose the right tutor for your needs, depending on availability, budget, course, and location of service.
If you have a direct referral for one of our tutors, ask! We are happy to assign you a specific tutor upon request.
2. How much do you charge?
Prices range from 40-70$/h, depending on the education level and experience of the tutor. Not all courses require the same level of expertise (ex: grade 7 math vs calculus for engineers). We make sure to assign a tutor who matches your needs, such that you do not overpay for your service!​​​​
3. How does payment work?
Billing happens at the end of the month. Patrick will send you an invoice (pay link) that can be paid by credit card or e-transfer.
4. How does scheduling work?
Once assigned a tutor, you will work with them to determine an appropriate schedule for your sessions. The tutor will then update the hours on the calendaring system which is built directly into our website, so it is easy and efficient!
